With a robust pipeline of regional works in marine construction, land reclamation, and complex geotechnical solutions. This role is based in Singapore, with overseas travel across the region. All work-related travel, accommodation, and meals will be fully covered. The package includes a competitive base salary and regional overseas allowances.

Summary

You will lead the design and engineering of marine, dredging, and reclamation projects across Southeast Asia. The role involves managing internal and external design stakeholders, ensuring technical excellence, cost-effectiveness, and compliance with local regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design for marine, reclamation, and coastal infrastructure projects

• Oversee hydraulic, geotechnical, and structural design works using modern software tools

• Review and approve engineering deliverables for compliance and quality

• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and government authorities

• Present design concepts, technical findings, and value-engineering options to stakeholders

• Ensure timely delivery of design packages and project milestones

• Monitor design budgets, resources, and schedule

• Uphold high standards in quality control, innovation, and sustainability in design

Requirements

• Degree in Civil, Coastal, or Marine Engineering

• Minimum 5 years of experience in marine or reclamation design.

• Strong technical foundation in hydraulic, geotechnical, and structural marine design

• Willingness to travel regionally.
