Responsibilities

• In‑charge of overall inventory control and ensure records are accurate and up to date.
• Manage stock levels, cycle counts, transfers and annual stock take.
• Ensure correct item codes are used and investigate discrepancies between system records and physical stock.
• Analyse product movement, turnover rates and inventory trends.
• Prepare and maintain inventory‑related reports.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Logistic and Supply Chain Management or related field
• 3 to 5 years of inventory control experience in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical or Marine industries
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and ERP software
• Detail‑oriented, organised and proactive
