The Job

As a Senior Biotechnologist, you will contribute to the entire manufacturing process, from setup and calibration to ensuring product quality through sophisticated data analysis systems. You will play a pivotal role in enhancing production efficiency and troubleshooting to maintain adherence to the production schedule.

• Execute cGMP manufacturing operations, including setup, calibration, and quality testing of final materials
• Utilize programs like LIMS and SAP to collect and evaluate data for online adjustments to products or equipment
• Lead troubleshooting efforts and ensure production aligns with the established schedule
• Manage cell culture processes from vial thaw to production scale efficiently
• Coordinate central services tasks like glass washing, autoclaving, and buffer/media preparation

The Talent

• Proven experience in a biologics production facility, with at least five years in a related position
• In-depth knowledge of cell culture techniques and central services operations
• Ability to independently handle complex assignments with creative solutions
• Effective leadership in planning and executing area activities under supervisory guidance
• Demonstrated proficiency in sophisticated data analysis and process adjustment software
