We are seeking a proactive and skilled Maintenance Executive to oversee the reliability and efficiency of our factory operations. You will be responsible for executing preventive maintenance programs, managing equipment repairs, and ensuring a safe, high-functioning production environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform regular preventive maintenance on factory machinery; troubleshoot and resolve equipment breakdowns promptly to minimize production downtime.
• Conduct routine inspections and audits to identify potential mechanical or electrical issues before they escape.
• Maintain and organize all repair tools and kits, ensuring they are in optimal condition and readily available.
• Develop and manage the maintenance budget using cost-effective strategies. Track and compile detailed equipment performance reports for assigned shifts.
• Uphold a clean, tidy and safe workspace in compliance with industrial safety standards.
• Execute additional technical or administrative duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications & Experience
