A leading air solutions company in Singapore is seeking an Administrative Assistant to assist in daily operations and provide administrative support. The ideal candidate should have a minimum GCE O or N Level, be computer literate, and demonstrate organizational skills. Immediate starters are preferred. This role includes handling phone calls, filing, and scheduling work processes.
Assist in daily operation arrangement and relevant documentation work.
Provide administrative support.
Handling phone calls, filling.
Assist in scheduling and coordinating operation work processes and work plans.
Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Minimum GCE O or N Level.
Computer literacy (Microsoft word, excel and outlook, MYOB)
Meticulous and well organized person.
Initiative and possess good communication skills.
At least 1 year of working experience is preferred.
Immediate starters preferred.
