Job summary

A leading HR solutions provider in Singapore is seeking an HR Assistant to provide administrative and operational support to the HR department. Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle HR correspondence and documentation in an accurate and timely manner
  • Perform other ad-hoc HR or administrative duties as assigned
Requirements:
  • Minimum Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related discipline
  • At least internship experiences or 1 year of relevant HR or administrative experience preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Meticulous, organized
  • Location: Jurong East
  • Office hours: M- F 8.30am to 5.30pm
