A local arts organization in Singapore is seeking an Admin Assistant to perform customer service, assist with administrative and accounting duties, and support company events. The ideal candidate should have a GCE 'O' Level, be a fast learner, and possess good communication skills in English and Chinese.   • Perform frontline customer service roles, handling queries.
  • Assist in administrative duties like course enrolment.
  • Assist in accounting duties like invoicing and sales handling.
  • Maintain office inventory and purchasing.
  • Assist in planning and executing Company events.

Job Description

  • Position Title: Admin Assistant
  • Working Location: East Coast and/or Toa Payoh
  • Working Hours: 5 days (including Weekends). Actual working hours may be subject to changes due to operational needs, including working at night and on Public holidays.
  • Salary Package: Basic + Bonus
  • Duration: Permanent

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Perform frontline customer service roles, such as but not limited to handling customers’ queries;
  • Assist in administrative duties such as, but not limited to, course enrolment, and managing the student database;
  • Assist in accounting duties, such as but not limited to invoicing, handling daily sales, and refunds;
  • Assist in daily office operational matters. Keep track of office inventory and purchasing to ensure sufficient stock for operation.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of the Company’s events; and
  • Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned by Management and Directors.

Job Requirements

  • Fast learner and able to work in a fast-paced environment

  • minimum a GCE ‘O’ Level or equivalent
  • 0 - 2 years of working experience
  • Able to multitask
  • Good organising and communication skills in both English and Chinese due to our customer base
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (Excel & Word)
