Job description
  • Up to $3,500 | Construction industry
  • Mon - Fri | HQ based – Hougang/ Kovan (approx 8mins walk from Kovan MRT)

Responsibilities
Office & General Administration
  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and IT matters (e.g. software/hardware purchase,
  • license renewals)
  • Handle tenancy agreements, insurance renewals (WICA, group hospital, etc.)
  • Oversee license renewals (PEB/PSPC)
Human Resources
  • Recruitment and preparation of appointment letters
  • Work pass applications/renewals/terminations (EP/S Pass)
  • Maintain staff records (leave, benefits, claims)
  • Payroll processing, CPF contributions, IRAS submissions (IR8A/IR21)
  • Prepare and update Maintenance Engineers’ CVs/project lists
Finance & Accounting
  • Record AR/AP and liaise with external accountant on tax and company accounts
  • Prepare and submit monthly financial records
  • Process payments (staff claims, suppliers, consultants, etc.
  • Issue invoices (manual and e-invoice)
Project & Tender Support
  • Prepare and submit tender documents
  • Coordinate clarifications/interviews during tender process
  • Manage project awards and handover information to project team
  • Follow up on project claims and updates
