Senior Specialist /Assistant Manager, Business Controls (Private Banking)

Mon-Fri: 9am-6pm

This role will support client onboarding, KYC, and periodic reviews for the Private Banking segment, focusing on North Asia clients.

• Collaborate with Relationship Managers on KYC and documentation for account opening and periodic reviews.

• Perform thorough CDD/KYC assessments, including SOW corroboration, transaction reviews, and name screenings.

• Stay updated on AML/CFT regulations and ensure internal policies remain compliant.

• Support process enhancements for onboarding and periodic review workflows.

• Provide AML/CFT advisory to the business on client onboarding matters.

• Prepare management reports and liaise with stakeholders (Legal, Compliance, Risk, Operations).

• Support ad hoc tasks and business initiatives as assigned.

• 2-5 years of KYC/Client Onboarding experience in Private Banking.

• Experience handling North Asia clientele is essential.

• Strong knowledge of AML regulations, due diligence, and account documentation.

• Degree in Business, Finance, or related field preferred.

• Detail-oriented with strong control mindset and excellent interpersonal skills.
