Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in job postings and applicant tracking using ATS across various job portals to attract suitable candidates.
  • Source and screen job candidates to identify potential fits for the company.
  • Reference checking and background screening of job applicants.
  • Coordinate and conduct interviews and assessment tests to assist in the selection process.
  • Apply for levy fee and waiver applications as required.
  • Review the company's current policies and handbook; propose improvements based on findings.
  • Research, develop, propose, and implement employee wellness programs.
  • Support the onboarding and offboarding process for new employees.
  • Monitor and ensure employee morale and attitude align with company culture.
  • Plan and organize employee engagement activities to foster a positive workplace environment.
  • Budget planning and resource management for programmes and activities.
