Key Responsibilities
- Maintaining HR policies and practices in compliance with the local regulations and governances.
- Support in the implementation of global, functional, and regional HR initiatives across APAC regions (e.g. Workday system implementation)
- Build relationships and engagement with employees at all levels.
- Support the local HR/Admin team in APAC in the day-to-day HR Operations and act as the first point of contact for new joiners and existing employees to answer day-today HR-related questions and provide advice when needed.
- Support the local HR/Admin on HR Administration and Generalist duties including onboarding and offboarding.
- Act as the backup of the local HR/Admin and HR Manager APAC in case of absence.
- Visit the satellite offices within the APAC region regularly.
HR Business Partnering
- Serve as a strategic HR partner to business leaders and managers in the Asia Pacific region, offering insights and solutions to address HR-related challenges.
- Provide guidance to managers on local and global HR policies, procedures, and performance management.
- Gather insights during business travels and work closely with management toaddress concerns, enhance employee experience, and create a supportive work environment.
Employee Engagement
- Design, implement, and execute employee engagement programs that promote apositive workplace culture, foster team collaboration, and boost employee morale.
- Develop and conduct surveys to gather employee feedback and identify areas forimprovement.
- Work closely with management to address concerns, enhance employeeexperience, and create a supportive work environment.
Employee Relations
- Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, exit interviews, and performance improvement plans, etc..
Health and Wellness Administration
- Assist with the administration of health (e.g. insurance, flexible benefits, etc.) and other wellness-related benefit programs.
- Participate in benefits review projects/initiatives and support its implementation
Data Analysis and Reporting
- Utilize HR metrics and data to assess trends, identify opportunities, and develop actionable recommendations for enhancing HR processes and strategies.
- Prepare regular reports for senior management, highlighting key HR performance indicators and suggesting areas for improvement.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with HR colleagues across regions to share best practices, leverage resources, and ensure consistent HR service delivery.
- Partner with other functional areas such as talent acquisition, learning and development, and compensation and benefits to align initiatives and goals.
- Support the Recruitment Manager to takeover on the onboarding processes.
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment process for roles across the Asia Pacific region.
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
- Build relationships with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs and deliver timely solutions.
- Maintain and expand the network of recruitment partners; attend networkingevents to promote employer branding and identify potential collaborators.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process byproviding timely feedback and communication.
- Maintain compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations during therecruitment process.
Payroll
- Support the local HR/Admin on the management of the payroll process ensuringaccuracy, compliance and timely execution.
- Collaborate with vendors, finance, and/or legal departments to ensure adherenceto local payroll regulations and taxation requirements across multiple countries.
- Works with payroll vendor or local HR/Admin to complete the full payroll process.
- Arrange the payment of the consultants’ invoices and Employer of Records (EOR).
Legal & Compliance
- Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to ensure consistent application ofHR policies and employment laws.
- Ensure that employment contracts, employee handbooks, and policies in theAPAC region are regularly updated.

Required Experience
- At least 5 years of relevant HR working experience
- Degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related field
- Prior HR generalist working experience is nice to have
- Familiarization with the Employment and Labor laws in Asia Pacific region.
- ommunication skills and a high sense of confidentiality is required
- Proficiency in HRIS systems i.e Workday and MS Office suite.
- Prior overseas working experiences is a plus
- Willingness to travel on a regular basis
