Job Title: Business Compliance Manager

Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular compliance reviews and audits to identify potential risks and control gaps within the organization.
- Collaborate with various business units to develop and implement effective compliance controls and procedures.
- Provide guidance and training to staff on compliance policies and procedures to ensure understanding and adherence.
- Analyze and interpret regulatory requirements and industry trends to ensure the bank’s operations remain compliant.
- Develop and maintain compliance reports and dashboards to track key metrics and performance indicators.
- Work closely with stakeholders to identify potential compliance risks and implement effective controls to mitigate them.
- Stay updated with changing regulatory requirements and industry trends to effectively manage compliance challenges.

Education and Experience Information:
- A degree in Law, Business, or a related field is required.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in compliance or a related field is necessary.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry trends is essential.
- Possess analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and assess compliance risks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A proactive and adaptable approach, with a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of integrity and compliance.
