Site Overview

Role Overview
  • Develop NDT capability: Participate in structured technical and leadership training programs to accelerate development into a certified NDT professional.
  • Apply global standards: Learn and apply global NDT practices in alignment with international standards such as NAS 410, EN 4179, and ISO 9712.
  • Build technical mastery: Support NDT activities (e.g., inspections, evaluations, documentation) under supervision, progressively developing strong technical proficiency.
  • Grow leadership skills: Engage in leadership and professional development activities to build communication, problem‑solving, and collaboration skills.
  • Support aviation safety: Contribute to maintaining high standards of aviation safety and product quality through accurate, reliable inspection practices.
  • Embrace global exposure: Participate in cross‑site or cross‑region learning, assignments, or collaborations as needed, demonstrating openness to global exposure and mobility.
Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is a recent engineering or science graduate with a strong interest in aviation safety and advanced technologies, eager to learn, develop technical NDT skills, and grow into a long‑term career in the aerospace industry.

Required Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, or Engineering Technology.
  • Experience: Graduate with up to 2 years of work experience in aerospace, inspection, or materials‑related fields.
  • Learning & Motivation: Strong interest and passion for NDT and aviation safety, with openness to hands‑on technical learning, global exposure, and mobility.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge and experience on the following NDT process: PT: Liquid Penetrant Testing, Eddy Current Testing, Radiographic Testing and Ultrasonic Testing.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing process and product technology.
  • Team player who is dynamic, committed, is a quick learner and able to strategically prioritize work.
  • Leader who is the strong communicator, decision‑maker, collaborative.
  • Good command of written/spoken English.
  • Basic knowledge of PC software.
