Job Description
(1) Oversee the development of dairy and frozen dessert solutions, ensuring they align with company profile, customer expectations and market dynamics.
(2) Offer prompt and expert technical assistance to both internal and external clients, focusing on the use Stabilizer and emulsifiers, in dairy and frozen dessert applications.
(3) Conduct research to refine and improve solutions for client projects, demonstrating a commitment to ongoing enhancement.
(4) Maintain extensive knowledge of recipe ingredients, raw materials, and their functional roles in dairy and frozen dessert.
(5) Able to identify, investigate, and resolve challenges related to raw materials, solutions, finished prototypes, and initial scale-up processes.
(6) Perform laboratory trials on various dairy and frozen dessert formulations as needed.
(7) Well versed in the physical food science for the analysing of finish product and shelf-life testing.
(8) Develop strategies and solutions for technical support projects and maximizing customer value.
Requirements
(1) Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related discipline, min. 5 years’ experience.
(2) Significant experience in food technology, particularly within dairy and frozen dessert applications.
(3) Strong understanding of stabilizers, emulsifiers, and other functional ingredients.
(4) Experience with operating of ultra-high temperature machine and continues freezer will be an advantage.
(5) Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with customers and stakeholders.
