Maintenance Technician (Mobile Equipment and Facilities Management)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Routine preventive maintenance and repair of mobility equipment
- Conduct safety checks and ensure equipment meets required standards
- Keep track of equipment, parts, and supplies
- Maintain repair logs and other relevant documentation
- Maintenance of building facilities
- Maintenance of systems – mechanical, electrical, sanitary, plumbing, air-con, audio visual
- Maintenance of furniture & equipment
- Inspect facilities periodically to determine problems and necessary maintenance
- Handle and manage technical issues and troubleshoot/rectify problems on site
- Responsible for all technical/operational issues raised by internal/external customers and liaise with them to ensure complaints are resolved
- Coordinate work with contractors and ensure they deliver their services
- Maintain and update maintenance records and documentation including data entry
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by Reporting Supervisor
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- ITE in Electrical/ Mechanical/ Building Services/ Engineering
- At least 5 years of experience in M&E building facilities maintenance
- Experience in mobile medical equipment (wheelchair, shower trolley & hospital bed etc) maintenance is an added advantage
- Pleasant personality, good working attitude and team-spirit, very hands‑on
- On the job training will be provided
