Job summary

A leading food manufacturing company in Singapore is looking for a skilled individual to compound and prepare products according to specifications. Responsibilities include accurately measuring and labeling products, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring safety in the workstation. Candidates with experience in food manufacturing and strong communication skills will be prioritized. Working hours are from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm, Monday to Friday, with a willingness to work overtime when required.

Qualifications

• Experience in the same field will be advantageous.
• Able to maintain quality and standards according to ISO 9001 and FSSC2200.
• Comfortable to lift and unload items weighing 20kg and above.

• Independently compound or prepare bases according to work instructions.
• Measure accurately to ensure products are manufactured according to specifications.
• Pack and label products while maintaining cleanliness in the workstation.

Job description

To independently compound or prepare bases according to work instructions, via manual and automatic dispensing.

Production of in-process and finished products.

To measure accurately and ensure products are manufactured according to specifications.

Ensure products are manufactured according to specifications.

Submit samples to the QC lab for inspection and test as per specifications.

Pack and label products.

Control and replenish raw materials/packaging materials.

Ensure no cross-contamination of products in storage.

Maintaining cleanliness in the workstation.

Maintaining safe working environment, utilizing appropriate safety equipment and proactively improving safety culture of the department.

To work in a team to solve problems, develop procedures and recommend improvements

Requirements:

• Candidate with experience in the same field in food manufacturing or chemical industry will be advantageous.
• Able to maintain quality and standards according to ISO 9001 and FSSC2200 requirements.
• Able to work in environment with strong smell.
• Multi-lingual will be advantageous
• Motivated and able to communicate effectively.
• Able or comfortable to lift / load and unload items weighing 20kg and above.
• Candidate must be willing to take overtime when required.
