Qualifications

  • NITEC / Higher NITEC / Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Aerospace‑related fields).

Responsibilities

  • Participate in structured training to gain technical knowledge and hands‑on experience in aircraft engine and system maintenance.
  • Assist with assembly, disassembly, inspection, troubleshooting and overhaul of aircraft engines.
  • Perform scheduled maintenance tasks and support compliance with aviation safety and quality standards.
  • Be proactive in asking questions, learning new processes, and supporting continuous improvement.

Salary & Benefits
  • Salary: SGD 1,700 – 2,400 (inclusive of Monthly Wage Supplement)
  • Full-Time Traineeship Programme (3 or 5-year duration)
  • Rotating Shifts (4242): Morning: 6:30 am-4:15 pm; Afternoon: 4:00 pm-1:45 am
  • Structured Training Program
  • Variable bonus of up to 3–5 months annually
  • Transport provided (for after hours)
Job Responsibilities
