• Oversee end-to-end production for social media content, from concept development and planning to execution and final delivery.
• Brainstorm, research, and develop new content concepts and programme ideas, aligned with Chinese-language audiences and cultural insights.
• Prepare pitch decks and creative proposals for internal development and external partnerships.
• Work with stakeholders to secure funding and partnerships for content programmes and IP development.
• Create production schedules and manage timelines to ensure smooth, timely execution.
• Coordinate daily production activities, collaborating closely with editors, crew, talent, and external partners.
• Communicate directly with clients and internal teams to align creative expectations and deliver high-quality content.
• Review and refine drafts; assist with basic editing tasks using CapCut or other tools when needed.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high attention to detail and creative standard.
• Stay adaptable, proactive, and collaborative in a fast-paced digital media environment.
• Communicate effectively in both Mandarin and English to support production and client interactions.

• Diploma or Degree in Media, Mass Communication, Visual Communication, or related fields.
• Experience in social-first content production and familiarity with current digital media trends.
• Ability to build creative presentations and pitch ideas effectively.
• Experience with editing software and short-form content workflows is a strong advantage.
