  • Evaluate and adopt emerging technologies that can support Brookfield’s business growth and digital strategy.
  • Communicate technical information in a clear and concise manner, tailored to the needs of both technical and non-technical team members.
  • Contribute to system documentation to support internal knowledge sharing and continuity within the Technology team.
  • Build and maintain effective working relationships with business and technical stakeholders by being responsive and attentive to their needs.
  • Operate independently with minimal supervision, managing tasks and priorities effectively to meet deadlines.
  • Develop a strong understanding of Brookfield’s operations and functional areas, with a focus on aligning project work to broader business objectives.
  • Contribute to the development of strategic and practical solutions for business challenges through critical thinking and collaboration.
  • Actively support and embody Brookfield’s core values in day‑to‑day work and team interactions.
  • Engage constructively in team discussions, fostering an open environment where ideas, concerns, and feedback are shared and considered respectfully.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to team members as needed, contributing subject‑matter expertise to collaborative efforts.
