Key Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end production for social media content, from concept development and planning to execution and final delivery.
- Brainstorm, research, and develop new content concepts and programme ideas, aligned with Chinese-language audiences and cultural insights.
- Prepare pitch decks and creative proposals for internal development and external partnerships.
- Work with stakeholders to secure funding and partnerships for content programmes and IP development.
- Create production schedules and manage timelines to ensure smooth, timely execution.
- Coordinate daily production activities, collaborating closely with editors, crew, talent, and external partners.
- Communicate directly with clients and internal teams to align creative expectations and deliver high-quality content.
- Review and refine drafts; assist with basic editing tasks using CapCut or other tools when needed.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high attention to detail and creative standard.
- Stay adaptable, proactive, and collaborative in a fast-paced digital media environment.
- Communicate effectively in both Mandarin and English to support production and client interactions.
Preferred Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Media, Mass Communication, Visual Communication, or related fields.
- Experience in social-first content production and familiarity with current digital media trends.
- Ability to build creative presentations and pitch ideas effectively.
- Experience with editing software and short-form content workflows is a strong advantage.
