About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Executive to support a Wealth Manager in delivering a seamless client experience. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple administrative and operational tasks efficiently within a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Quotation Preparation: Prepare product quotations and proposal illustrations prior to client presentations.
  • Documentation: Draft and organize closing documents for client signatures.
  • Submission Management: Ensure timely and accurate submission of signed documents and applications to relevant departments or providers.
  • Post-Sale Follow-Up: Track and follow up on cases, including unsuccessful premium deductions, pending requirements, or outstanding client documents.
  • Client Servicing Support: Maintain client records, assist with policy servicing requests, and coordinate with insurers or partners where necessary.
  • Administrative Efficiency: Maintain proper filing systems, handle correspondence, and ensure all documentation complies with company and regulatory standards.
  • Team Support: Provide administrative support for client meetings, scheduling, and report preparation.
  • General Secretarial Duties: Perform all general secretarial and administrative tasks, and carry out such other administrative procedures as determined by the Employer in accordance with the prevailing system.
Requirements
  • Minimum diploma or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
  • Prior experience in the financial services or insurance industry preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable learning new systems.
