A leading financial services firm in Singapore is seeking a highly qualified CA with at least 5 years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate will oversee group consolidations, prepare financial reports, and ensure compliance with SGX requirements. Strong strategic and analytical skills are essential, along with exceptional communication capabilities.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee Group consolidation for statutory, taxation, and management reporting.
  • Prepare and analyze group financial and management reports.
  • Coordinate with auditors for annual audit and financial statements.
  • Liaise with tax agents on the Group’s transfer pricing and tax computation.
  • Recommend management actions for acquisitions and IPOs.
  • Ensure compliance with SGX sustainability regulations.

Job Responsibilities
  • Oversee full spectrum of Group consolidation for statutory, taxation and management reporting in compliance with SGX requirements.
  • Overall in charge of preparation and analysis of group financial and management reports, cashflow, quarterly reports, budgetary control, treasury and SGX announcements.
  • Co-ordinate and liaising with external and internal auditors for annual audit including preparation of financial statements.
  • Liaising with tax agents on Group’s transfer pricing and tax computation.
  • Recommend management action pertaining to acquisitions, merger, IPO, investment and divestment of business, effective cost of capital and international financial strategies.
  • As Sustainability Officer and ensure compliance with Singapore Exchange (SGX) sustainability regulations and standards while preparing sustainability reports for internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
  • CA with at least 5 years relevant work experience and preferably with good exposure to international business environment
  • Familiar with SGX requirements
  • Strong communication skills and experience to deal with people at all levels.
  • Sound technical accounting knowledge and ability to enhance the Group’s accounting policies and procedures
