Job Responsibilities
- Oversee full spectrum of Group consolidation for statutory, taxation and management reporting in compliance with SGX requirements.
- Overall in charge of preparation and analysis of group financial and management reports, cashflow, quarterly reports, budgetary control, treasury and SGX announcements.
- Co-ordinate and liaising with external and internal auditors for annual audit including preparation of financial statements.
- Liaising with tax agents on Group’s transfer pricing and tax computation.
- Recommend management action pertaining to acquisitions, merger, IPO, investment and divestment of business, effective cost of capital and international financial strategies.
- As Sustainability Officer and ensure compliance with Singapore Exchange (SGX) sustainability regulations and standards while preparing sustainability reports for internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
- CA with at least 5 years relevant work experience and preferably with good exposure to international business environment
- Familiar with SGX requirements
- Strong communication skills and experience to deal with people at all levels.
- Sound technical accounting knowledge and ability to enhance the Group’s accounting policies and procedures
