Job summary
A logistics company in Singapore is looking for a Warehouse Assistant/Senior Warehouse Assistant. The role involves overseeing warehouse operations, managing staff, coordinating with various departments, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. Candidates must be skilled in MS Office, ERP systems, and hold a valid forklift license. The position offers a permanent contract with an attractive salary package including transport allowance, overtime, and bonuses.
Qualifications
- Must have a valid forklift license and be able to operate related equipment.
- Experience in warehouse operations and staff management preferred.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations and staff management.
- Coordinate with various departments such as Purchasing, QC/QA, and Production.
- Manage loading, unloading, and storage of materials.
- Keep accurate inventory records in the ERP system.
- Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
- Support other departments as needed.
Skills

- Skilled in using MS Office and ERP systems.
- Must have a valid forklift license and be able to operate related equipment (e.g., stacker).
- Ability to work overtime when needed.
