Job description
Position Overview

As a Product Manager for Product Access (also known as Autodesk Licensing), you'll lead the next-generation licensing services that power every Autodesk product—from desktop software to cloud APIs and AI-driven automation. This isn't maintenance work; you're enabling new business models that will fuel Autodesk's journey to $10 billion in revenue over the next three years. You'll enable product teams across the company to experiment with critical strategies like API and MCP monetization, and granular AI feature access. In doing so, you’ll enable new revenue streams while ensuring secure, compliant, and flexible access for millions of users worldwide.

This role offers rare career-defining opportunities: high visibility, reporting to senior leadership, greenfield product development, and the chance to solve complex problems at the intersection of AI, automation, and platform infrastructure. You'll work in a co-located team in Singapore, partnering with engineering, user experience design, and global business stakeholders to discover and ship solutions that shape product strategy across Autodesk's entire portfolio. If you're energized by agency, love turning strategic challenges into elegant solutions, and want to join an exciting opportunity of transforming an iconic Design and Make company for the AI era — this is your opportunity to make a massive impact.

Responsibilities
  • Contribute to product strategy, translating it into a prioritized roadmap and OKRs to guide execution
  • Communicate roadmap updates and priorities to stakeholders and partner teams.
  • Collaborate across cross-functional teams to identify challenges and deliver effective solutions that are valuable, usable, feasible and viable for both customers and Autodesk’s business.
  • Track and optimize solutions post-launch to ensure they deliver the expected impact.
  • Build empathy with product teams onboarding to Product Access services, identify friction in the process, and propose improvements.
  • Contribute to the product team a deep knowledge of our users and customers, as well as data about how our customers engage with our products.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and share insights with your team.
  • Influence product teams and stakeholders through storytelling, incorporating qualitative and quantitative data to craft clear, compelling stories about who the target persona is, what problem we are solving, and why it’s important.
  • Contribute to a strong product culture by sharing best practices, collaborating with peers, and suggesting process improvements.
Preferred Qualification
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Demonstrated understanding of the techniques and methods of modern product discovery and product delivery.
  • Demonstrated curiosity about—and use—of AI tools to make you and your team more effective at product development.
  • 5+ years of product management experience, preferably with a platform team.
  • Applicants working as Product Managers now, but with experience in developer advocacy, data analysis, customer support, and/or experience design are welcome.
  • Demonstrated ability to figure out solutions to hard problems with many constraints, assess risks, and to lay out your argument in a well-structured, data-informed, written narrative.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to align with global stakeholders.
Diversity & Inclusion

We know innovation thrives in product teams where diverse points of view come together to solve hard problems, and we seek people who bring diverse life experiences, educational backgrounds, cultures, and work experiences. We look forward to learning how your perspective will bring something unique and valuable to our product teams.
