- Back office operations relating to Payments.
- Conduct daily activities accurately.
- Process clients’ payments instructions.
- Review and process incoming funds receipts.
- Process non-clients’ payments instructions.
- Investigate and resolve cash breaks.
- Participate in process reviews and implement improvements.
Position: Payment specialist - 1 yr renewable contract + 1 mth completion bonus
We are hiring for a top tier private bank.
Work location: Opposite expo MRT
- Back office operations relating to Payments booked and supported out of the Hong Kong and Singapore Booking Centres.
- Conducting daily activities professionally and accurately and ensuring all guidelines/policies are followed to mitigate any errors or losses to maintain operational excellence.
- Processing of clients’ payments instructions received from the front office, which includes outgoing/internal transfers and cash/cheques.
- Reviewing and processing incoming funds receipts.
- Processing non-clients’ payments instructions received from Finance.
- Investigation and resolution of cash breaks assigned.
- Participation in process reviews and implement workflow improvements and UAT testing when required.
