Job summary

An educational management firm in Singapore is seeking an Officer responsible for investigating student-related disciplinary infractions and managing cases. This role involves working closely with students to guide them toward understanding their mistakes, drafting letters related to disciplinary matters, and managing crisis operations. Candidates must possess experience in student case management, counseling qualifications, and a valid first-aid certification. This position requires strong communication skills in English and a willingness to work with youth.

Qualifications

  • Experience as Officer in investigation operations.
  • Must have experience in student case management and investigation in educational institutions.
  • Well-groomed and able to converse well in English.
  • Competent in Microsoft Office, and willing to learn other IT skills.
  • Willing to work with youth.
  • Have valid standard first-aid certification with CPR-AED prior to commencement of work.
  • Relevant qualification and/or experience in the field of counselling (minimally para-counsellor) will be an advantage.

Responsibilities
  • Investigating student-related disciplinary infractions, working closely with Students to help them understand their mistakes and take responsibility for their actions.
  • Case management.
  • Following up with student offenders through counselling and obtaining feedback on student progress from academic staff.
  • Toassistin the review of all discipline related procedures/programmes
  • Drafting letters to students and Next of Kin (NOK) on disciplinary matters.
  • Crisis Management operations (e.g. Crisis Management Exercise, Community Engagement Programme)
  • Act as liaison officer to external agencies
