Resumo da oferta
A design firm in Singapore is seeking an experienced interior designer proficient in AutoCAD to acquire site survey data and prepare detailed drawings. The candidate should have at least 4 years of relevant experience, strong interpersonal skills, and a keen attention to detail. Experience with 3D studio max and Adobe tools is a plus.
Qualificações
- Minimum 4 years of interior design related experience.
- Proficient in computer skills with good working knowledge of 2D & 3D AutoCAD.
- Knowledge on 3D studio max, Adobe illustration, freehand will be an advantage.
Responsabilidades
- Acquire site survey data and develop it into AutoCAD drawings.
- Lead a team of draftsmen from Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines, and Thailand.
- Prepare detailed shop drawings, fabricate drawings, and as-built drawings.
- Able to interpret and check drawings/plan from contractors/consultants on design & construction aspect.
- Ensure on-time completion of required drawings.
Conhecimentos
- Acquire site survey data and develop information into AutoCAD Drawings
- Lead a team of Draftsman from Singapore, Malaysia, Philipiness and thailand
- Prepare detailed shop drawings, fabricate drawings and as built drawings
- Able to interpret and check drawings/plan from contractors/ consultants on design & construction aspect
- Ensure on time completion of required drawing
- Knowledge of AutoCAD
