Job summary

A design firm in Singapore is seeking an experienced interior designer proficient in AutoCAD to acquire site survey data and prepare detailed drawings. The candidate should have at least 4 years of relevant experience, strong interpersonal skills, and a keen attention to detail. Experience with 3D studio max and Adobe tools is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of interior design related experience.
• Proficient in computer skills with good working knowledge of 2D & 3D AutoCAD.
• Knowledge on 3D studio max, Adobe illustration, freehand will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Acquire site survey data and develop it into AutoCAD drawings.
• Lead a team of draftsmen from Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines, and Thailand.
• Prepare detailed shop drawings, fabricate drawings, and as-built drawings.
• Able to interpret and check drawings/plan from contractors/consultants on design & construction aspect.
• Ensure on-time completion of required drawings.
