Renovation Quantity Surveyor - A&A Works

Join Singapore's premier interior design studio specializing in high-end renovation projects that reshape commercial and residential spaces. As our Renovation Quantity Surveyor, you'll be the financial architect behind stunning transformations, working on projects that set new standards in interior excellence.

Handle full scope of QS duties which includes material take-off and variations.

Provide estimating cost and implement Contract administration for A&A works project.

Coordinate with project team for the cost estimation for any additional works.

Ensure proper documentation of records concerning variation.

Submit accurate cost and time implications to client.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Quantity Surveying
• At least 2-4 years of Experience within an A&A works or similar working environment as a Quantity Surveyor
• Spoken language: English and Chinese Mandarin to liaise with Chinese speaking suppliers and associates
• Previous experience of delivering projects with an understanding of challengers faced in terms of skill in time, cost and quality control and how to overcome them and exceed expectations
• Knowledge in MS Office including Microsoft Project, Excel, Word and Power Point
