As an Infrastructure Technology Specialist, you will be entrusted with the responsibility of managing and optimizing network security solutions to ensure seamless connectivity and protection for our global infrastructure. Leveraging your expertise in Palo Alto Firewall, Zscaler Internet Access, and other security technologies, you will play a vital role in enhancing our security posture. This position requires strong decision-making and writing skills to effectively communicate and implement security strategies.Your primary responsibilities will include managing and maintaining the integrity of IPS/IDS systems to uphold robust network security, overseeing the configuration and deployment of Palo Alto Firewalls to safeguard against unauthorized access, and implementing and optimizing Zscaler Internet Access to improve secure web browsing for users. Additionally, you will be responsible for administering Zscaler Private Access to ensure secure remote access to internal applications, providing technical support and troubleshooting for network security issues to minimize downtime, collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate security solutions with existing infrastructure, and developing and documenting security policies and procedures to guide organizational practices.Conducting regular security assessments to identify vulnerabilities and recommend improvements, monitoring network traffic and analyzing logs to detect and respond to potential threats, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations to maintain a secure environment, and effectively communicating with stakeholders to explain security measures and their impact will also be part of your role. Utilizing strong decision-making skills to prioritize and address security incidents promptly, as well as writing detailed reports and documentation to support security operations and audits, are essential aspects of this position.To qualify for this role, you should have expertise in Zscaler ZIA and ZPA, along with in-depth knowledge of Palo Alto Firewalls, network security engineering, proxy firewall, IPS, IDS, and F5. Possessing extensive experience with IPS/IDS systems, demonstrating proficiency in configuring and managing Palo Alto Firewalls, having a strong understanding of Zscaler Internet Access and its implementation in secure browsing, exhibiting expertise in Zscaler Private Access for secure remote connectivity, showcasing excellent writing skills for clear and concise documentation, and utilizing effective decision-making skills to enhance security operations are key qualifications required for this position. Additionally, the ability to adapt to a hybrid work model while maintaining productivity and collaboration is essential.Certifications Required:- Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP),
