This pivotal role focuses on being a subject matter expert in Workday and driving continuous improvement within our People processes. The primary responsibilities include leading and guiding conversations on Workday functionality, collaborating with the People Experience team and other Centers of Excellence (COEs), and actively participating in projects aimed at automating, improving, and finding efficiencies in People processes.
