Qualifications

  • Competent in MS Office (mainly in Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).
  • Competent in using virtual platforms for events and meetings.

  • Provide administrative support for smooth operation of ABFER office and events.
  • Provide logistical support for events and seminars of ABFER.
  • Assist in updating website, contacts database and events registration.

Job Summary

Temporary Management Support Staff (Administration) provides administrative and logistical support to ensure the smooth operation of ABFER office and events.

Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support for smooth operation of ABFER office and events
  • Provide logistical support for events and seminars of ABFER
  • Maintain documentation of ABFER
  • Assist in updating website, contacts database and events registration
  • Assist in reports for management and audits
Qualifications
  • Preferably local graduates from local JCs or Polytechnics
  • Competent in MS Office (mainly in Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
  • Competent in using virtual platforms for events and meetings
  • Has to commit to work for six months, from January to June 2026
