Job summary
A leading HR consultancy firm in Singapore is seeking an experienced HR professional to develop workforce plans and manage recruitment processes. The ideal candidate will have a degree in HR or related fields and 3+ years of experience in HR business partnering. Responsibilities include advising on performance management and employee relations, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and promoting a strong organizational culture. Training is available for candidates with no prior experience.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in a HR business partnering function is an advantage.
- Demonstrated experience in strategic HR planning and performance management.
- Strong knowledge of employment law and relevant regulations.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement workforce plans to meet strategic goals.
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from job posting to onboarding.
- Serve as the first point of contact for employee grievances.
