Job summary
A growing technology company in Singapore is seeking an HR Executive to manage HR operations, including recruitment, employee administration, and compliance with local employment laws. The ideal candidate will have a diploma or degree in Human Resource Management, alongside 2–3 years of relevant experience. This role offers monthly salary between SGD 3,000 – 3,500, along with benefits such as a 13th Month Annual Wage Supplement, medical benefits, and a 5-day work week.

We are looking for a proactive and people‑oriented HR Executive to join our growing team. As a key member of the HR function, you will report to the Assistant HR Manager and manage Singapore HR operations including recruitment, employee administration, work‑pass processing and office management to ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations and a positive employee experience.
- Coordinate recruitment activities for both technical and non‑technical positions
- Prepare job postings, arrange interviews, and assist with offer documentation
- Maintain and update employee records, contracts and HR documentation
- Administer leave, attendance and employee benefits
- Support onboarding, confirmation and off‑boarding processes
- Prepare and submit documents for MOM work‑pass applications, renewals and cancellations
- Ensure compliance with Singapore employment laws and company HR policies
- Compile and maintain HR data and reports for management review
- Oversee general office operations, including cleaning supervision, maintenance and office supplies management
- Coordinate with vendors and assist in organising company activities and staff engagement events
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or a related field
- Minimum 2–3 years of HR experience, preferably with recruitment or work‑pass administration exposure
- Familiar with HR systems such as Lark, Info‑Tech or SAP
- Strong knowledge of the Singapore Employment Act, CPF and statutory requirements
- Excellent communication and coordination skills with attention to detail
- Organised, reliable and able to maintain confidentiality
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin (spoken and written)
- Available within one month or short notice preferred
- Salary Range: SGD 3,000 – 3,500 per month (commensurate with experience)
- 13th Month Annual Wage Supplement (AWS)
