- Build rapport and relationships with customers.
- Collaborate with marketing for lead generation activities.

In this role, you will be responsible for various aspects of inside sales and marketing activities.
- Handles new sales enquiries from customers and partners.
- Handles renewal of customers subscriptions and support contracts.

- Provide quotations and proposals to new and existing customers enquiries.
- Provide sales pipelines and follow up with customers for closure.
- Tracking of renewal schedules, planning, forecast and reporting.
- Building rapport and relationship with customers.
- Get quotations from suppliers when needed.
- Work together with marketing team for lead generation activities and follow up actions.
- General Administrative duties.
- Experience in sales
- Min Dip or Degree with relevant Experience
