Job summary
A nursing facility in Singapore is seeking a dedicated Nurse to provide competent care to residents. Responsibilities include assessing resident needs, coordinating care plans, and maintaining documentation. Qualifications

- Willingness to work 12hr day and night rotating shifts.
Responsibilities
- Work under supervision and analyze, plan, and implement nursing care.
- Assess residents' needs and conduct rounds for safety.
- Prepare and assist Physicians with procedures.
- Maintain accurate documentation of care delivered.
- Communicate residents' responses to the healthcare team.
