A Financial Services client is looking for an Senior Director, Human Resources Business Partner to join their team.
This is a senior level position requiring at least 10-15 years experience in a HRBP role. A rare opportunity where you will leverage your expertise in HR strategy and data analytics to provide HR partnering and leadership to the relevant business stakeholders, and drive any transformation initiatives for the firm. The role will cover corporate and investment banking for Singapore and regional countries and will report to a Head of HR.
The ideal candidate comes with at least 10-15 years’ experience in HRBP work, preferably in a banking organisation or a large MNC background. A good understanding of financial services regulations in Singapore and neighbouring countries will be a strong advantage. Strong communication skills and stakeholder management skills will be a pre‑requisite for the role.
