As an Ops Support Executive, End User Computing, the broad area of your job responsibilities will cover the following domain:

  1. Responsible for the installation and daily operations support for facility management of client platforms to meet agreed business needs & service levels.
  2. Perform troubleshooting for client platform related problems.
  3. Respond promptly to incidents, investigate & provide temporary &/or permanent resolution of incidents escalated. Provide timely status updates to relevant parties.
  4. Perform service requests related to client platforms.
  5. Monitor the agreed service level, document & maintain the configuration of the systems; provide regular reporting to relevant parties.
  6. Involve in client platform implementation/upgrade projects.

The ideal candidate should possess:

  1. Familiarity with the use of iOS and Android devices.
  2. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  3. Enterprise desktop support experience in Microsoft Windows OS, Microsoft Office Suite, Cloning Tools, MAC OS and Antivirus/Malware software will be an advantage.
  4. Nitec/Higher Nitec in an IT-related discipline.
