Job summary

A finance consultancy firm in Singapore seeks a proactive Junior Executive to handle clients' accounts and provide administrative support. This role offers flexible freelance hours with opportunities for on-the-job training and career advancement. Ideal candidates possess at least an O/A Level or equivalent in finance/accountancy, good PC skills, and a willingness to learn. No prior experience is needed, and bilingualism is preferred.

  • Handle full sets of clients' accounts.
  • Support Accounts Team.
  • Handle corporate tax admin/employment pass admin.
  • Maintain proper records and filing system.
  • Support operations and general day-to-day administrative duties.
  • Provide secretarial support to Team leader.
  • Handle confidential information professionally.
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
  • Work independently and as a team.

  • No working experience in the related field is required for this position.
