As an HR Associate at Shopee, you will be allocated to a specific HR function, such as Recruitment, Learning & Development, Employee Engagement & Employer Branding, People Operations & Talent Management. The exact domain you will focus on will be determined 1-2 months prior to your joining, based on the evolving needs of the organisation and your personal preferences.

This role is ideal for someone who is flexible and open to being allocated to any HR function, adapting to the organisation's needs. You will gain hands‑on experience in a dynamic and supportive environment, working closely with senior HR leaders and contributing to strategic initiatives that drive our people's agenda.

  • Partner with line managers to provide advice and solutions for day‑to‑day people matters and long‑term organisation plans

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree, background in Human Resources Management / Psychology would be a plus
