Position Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Technical Lead – AV Systems to join our organization. This role requires a seasoned professional with strong technical expertise in the Audio-Visual industry,
combined with proven project management capabilities. The successful candidate will lead complex AV projects, provide technical direction, and ensure high standards of delivery across all project phases, including solution presentations and proof-of-concept development.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership for end-to-end delivery of professional AV projects
• Lead AV system design, engineering, integration, and commissioning activities
• Develop detailed AV system drawings and layouts using AutoCAD
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations to clients and internal stakeholders
• Design, build, and demonstrate proof-of-concept (PoC) solutions to validate system designs
• Oversee technical execution of projects, ensuring compliance with design specifications, timelines, and quality standards
• Design and implement Pro AV audio and video distribution systems
• Develop, program, and maintain AV control systems
• Provide technical expertise and support for digital signage solutions
• Work closely with project managers, internal teams, vendors, and clients to ensure seamless project execution
• Identify and resolve complex technical challenges in high-pressure environments
• Ensure proper documentation, testing, and handover of systems

Candidate Requirements

• Graduate degree or equivalent professional qualification
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the Audio-Visual (AV) industry
• Demonstrated project management experience, preferably within AV or integrated systems projects
• Strong technical expertise in AV system design and architecture
• In-depth product knowledge of Professional AV video and audio distribution technologies
• Proven experience in AV control system programming
• Solid understanding of digital signage platforms and solutions
• Proficiency in AutoCAD for preparation of technical drawings and schematics
• Proven ability to create and deliver technical presentations and proof-of-concept demonstrations
