Qualifications

Job Description:

• Report and assist on project functions included but not limited to project management, site management, risk control management etc. to meet the project(s) goals, office
• Leading and mentoring a project team by setting guidelines and/or procedures, providing advice and supervision when necessary;
• Responsible for overall Project Management activities inclusive of overall planning and coordination of project from award of project, design, construction to completion within established budget, schedule and quality standards;
• Monitor project development schedule and manage the day-to-day operations of a program, project or function, including developing short and long-range goals, objectives and budgets, coordinating activities with other Contractors;
• Conduct technical reviews to ensure compliance with Contractual requirements and target completion date is met;
• Liaise with Client’s Representatives, Consultants and/or Contractors engaged on the project and attend regular meetings so as to ensure the progress is on schedule;
• Supervise and monitoring the site labor force and monitor the work of Subcontractors including resolve any unexpected construction difficulties and other problems that may arise;
• Oversee quality control and safety matters on the site and to ensure Environmental, Safety & Health (EHS) practices are carried out at all time and identify high risks safety hazard activities before construction and approval of Method Statements
• Be responsible for any other duties that may be assigned from time to time as your superior/management deem fit.

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering.
• At least 6 to 10 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Manager specialized in Engineering - Construction
• Experienced in PUB projects.
