A healthcare provider in Singapore is looking for a compassionate Social Worker to provide counselling services, conduct psychosocial assessments, and support patients and their families. The ideal candidate will hold a Master/Bachelor/Post Graduate Diploma in Social Work, with registration as a Social Worker being an advantage. Strong interpersonal skills and a caring attitude are essential for success in this role.
Qualifications
- Master's degree or equivalent in Social Work required.
- Registered Social Worker in Singapore is an advantage.
Responsabilités
- Provide counselling service to patients and caregivers.
- Conduct psychosocial assessments and enable optimal functioning.
- Arrange for interim care and referrals when necessary.
- Represent patients in case conferences.
