Responsibilities

  • To provide administrative supports to Sales & Marketing Teams
  • Co-ordinate sales requests such as check stock availability and delivery arrangement
  • Handle customers' sellthru/marketing claims
  • Handle customers order processing & sales order creation
  • Ensure that all customer orders are processed accurately and in a timely manner
  • Engage the customers via phone calls and emails
  • Serve walk-in customers on enquiries or confirmed orders
  • Provide pre-sales assistance and after-sales support to customers
  • Handle goods returns/RMA arrangementOn-the-job training provided
  • Any other duties as assigned by the Reporting Manager

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least "N" or "O" Level or equivalent
  • Meticulous sense of responsibilities and good working attitude & follow up skills
  • Good interpersonal skills and be able to work in fast paced environment
  • Basic Microsoft Office skills is required
