A construction management company in Singapore is looking for a professional to lead a team and manage construction projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, be proficient in AutoCAD and project management software, and hold a diploma in civil engineering. A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience is required. The role involves ensuring compliance with regulations, overseeing daily operations, and planning construction sequences. Opportunities for growth and mentoring others are also central to this position.
Lead a team of professional & technical trained staff in planning, daily operations, liaise with clients, consultants, sub-contractors & relevant authorities.
Ensure the construction project complies with all building codes and any other legal or regulatory requirements.
Responsible for overall project planning, scheduling, monitoring and updating to meet targets.
Manage the project sites and operations by overseeing the day to day running of all matters related to the construction of the project.
Assist in the planning and sequencing of construction operations.
Reporting to the higher Management.Candidate must possess at least Primary/Secondary School/'O' Level, Higher secondary/Pre-U/A level/College, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
Preferably possess own transport.Have an ownership attitude, be willing and able to grow, coach and mentor.Able to manage a site team and liaise with main contractors, sub-contractors and consultants.Knowledge of AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, Microsoft Office is a must. Others acquired skill will be an added advantage.
At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Manager / Senior Manager specialized in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.
