About the role

Join Yappy Pets Pte Ltd as a Senior Marketing Executive and play a pivotal role in driving the company's marketing strategy and brand visibility. In this full-time position based in Loyang, you will be responsible for developing and executing engaging marketing campaigns that showcase Yappy Pets' innovative pet products and services to our target audience.

Responsibilities

1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and launch new products.
2. Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, print, and events.
3. Conduct thorough research to ensure marketing materials address consumer pain points and communicate key product differentiators creatively.
4. Manage budgets effectively, allocating resources to maximize ROI.
5. Work closely with sales and creative teams to ensure brand consistency and integrity across all touchpoints such as POSM, advertising, social media content, EDM, etc.
6. Oversee digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, and SMM.
7. Manage day-to-day activities associated with all marketing efforts, including project management, customer experience, and reporting.
8. Be a brand advocate by promoting and educating the internal audience on brand initiatives, values, and attributes.

Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Marketing.
2. At least 3 years of experience in Marketing, preferably from the FMCG industry.
3. Independent and able to multitask.
4. Strategic thinker with the ability to manage a diverse portfolio of brands.
5. Excellent business acumen and a good understanding of the market and all trade sectors.
6. Demonstrates agility, ability to resolve challenges, and make progress.
7. Proven success track record in brand growth.
8. Knowledge of pet products will be an advantage.
9. Ability to speak Mandarin will be a plus to liaise with vendors and customers in Chinese-speaking markets.
