Job Description

Black Kylin Investment Pte Ltd is seeking an Admin Assistant to support the daily administrative and operational functions of the company. The role involves general office administration, coordination with vendors, and occasional driving duties for office-related errands. A valid Singapore driving licence is required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide general administrative support to the office and management
  • Manage office supplies, stationery, and pantry items
  • Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and building management
  • Arrange scheduled maintenance and ad-hoc servicing for office equipment
  • Assist in filing, documentation, and record management
  • Handle simple procurement tasks such as sourcing items and obtaining quotations
  • Attend to office guests, visitors, and deliveries
  • Perform driving-related duties when required, including transporting documents, delivering items, or supporting company operational needs
  • Support any ad-hoc administrative tasks assigned by the management
Requirements
  • Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level or equivalent
  • At least 1–2 years of administrative experience

  • Able to drive company vehicle when needed
