About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Executive to join our dynamic team at Watson E.P. Industries Pte Ltd. In this full‑time role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive accounting and financial analysis support to our clients in the Tai Seng North‑East Region. With a focus on analysis and reporting, this position plays a crucial part in ensuring the financial health and success of our company.

What you’ll be doing

• Preparing accurate and timely financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow analyses
• Performing detailed financial analysis to identify trends, optimise costs, and support strategic decision‑making
• Reconciling accounts and resolving any discrepancies or issues
• Assisting with the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and other financial planning activities
• Collaborating with cross‑functional teams to provide financial insights and support operational objectives
• Ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal policies
• Providing excellent customer service and serving as a trusted financial advisor to our clients

What we’re looking for

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of proven experience in an accounting or financial analysis role, preferably in a client‑facing environment
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to interpret financial data and provide meaningful insights
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders
• Proficient in using financial software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant accounting tools
• Thorough understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting standards, and tax regulations
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines with attention to detail
