Small-Group Fitness Trainer | Coach & Community Builder
Job summary
A leading personal training provider in Singapore is seeking a skilled Personal Trainer to coach and motivate clients in a dynamic fitness environment. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience and relevant certification. Responsibilities include leading group sessions, providing nutritional guidance, and fostering community spirit. This full-time role offers competitive compensation with performance-based increments and requires availability for shifts across weekdays and weekends.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in personal training is preferred.
- Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) or equivalent qualification is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Coach and motivate students in a safe and engaging fitness environment.
- Lead small group training sessions to ensure proper technique and safety.
- Provide ongoing support and encouragement to clients.
- Conduct regular check-ins on student habits outside the gym.
- Contribute to building a supportive community within the gym.
