Job summary

A local bakery in Singapore is seeking dedicated staff to join their production team. Responsibilities include preparing ingredients, operating baking equipment, and ensuring quality control during the baking process. 🕔 5am-2pm (Overtime may be required based on production needs) – New hires begin with 7am shift for training. 🚖 Transport will be arranged/reimbursed for 5am shift (Only for staffs who are residing in the West Area). 📅 4‑days' of work, 1‑day off cycle (inclusive of weekends & PH). 💰 Gross monthly salary up to $2,400

Roles Responsibilities
  • Accurately weigh, measure and prepare ingredients according to standard recipes.
  • Operate mixers to prepare cake batters using standardized techniques for consistent quality.
  • Safely use industrial mixers, ovens, trays and baking tools.
  • Check baking timings and oven temperatures closely – watch cakes while baking, ensure even results and adjust settings as needed.
  • Cooling, de‑panning and transferring cakes for decorations.
  • Keep the workstation clean, tidy and hygienic at all times.
  • Support production workflow by assisting other sections when needed to meet daily production targets.
  • Perform ad‑hoc duties assigned by Supervisor/Manager to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements
  • SINGAPOREANS ONLY
  • Prior experience in a bakery, kitchen or cake production environment is an advantage.
  • No experience candidates are also welcome to apply as training will be provided.
  • Physically fit – able to stand for long periods, lift moderate to heavy weights and perform repetitive tasks.
  • Work in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment, managing multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Able to adhere to the work schedule – 4‑days' of work, 1‑day off cycle (inclusive of weekends & PH) and 5am shift.
