Job summary

A leading recruitment agency in Singapore seeks a candidate for a full-time role focusing on customer inquiries and vacuum solutions. Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries and select suitable vacuum pump or blower.
  • Develop customer proposals for vacuum pump and blower solutions.
  • Daily follow-up on quotations and technical clarification.
  • Coordinate closely with various internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support Sales Manager to track and report quote activities.
  • Assist Order team in creating sales orders and shipments.
  • Clarify with customer to resolve requirements.
  • Job Training on product and application training provided.

  • Salary: Up To S$3,800

  • Location: Joo Koon MRT
  • Schedule: Monday - Friday
  • Hours: 08:30 – 17:30

  • MNC HQ in Western Europe, one of the world’s largest manufacturers of comprehensive vacuum solutions.
Experience
  • Preferable with Engineering environment in Order Process/Order Fulfillment: ≤ 2 years
Qualifications
  • Diploma in any engineering disciplines
Responsibilities
  • Handle customer inquiries and select the suitable vacuum pump or blower to meet the need
  • Develop customer proposals for vacuum pump and blower solutions
  • Daily follow‑up on quotations and technical clarification with customers
  • Coordinate and communicate closely with various internal & external stakeholders
  • Support the Sales Manager to track, analyze and report quote activities
  • Assist Order team to create sales order and shipment, relay the point of delivery info to customer
  • Clarify with customer where necessary to resolve unclear requirements
  • Job Training on product and application training will be provided
  • Territorial coverage: Singapore, Indonesia and Philippines
Requirements
  • Proficient with MS Office, knowledge of Pivot and lookup will be an advantage but not a must
  • Aptitude towards mechanical equipment is necessary
  • Good Organisation Skill, Team Player, Independently & Meticulous
